"Finally Found the Kitchen Item I Needed"
I’d been hunting around for a particular kitchen item for ages because my mum had one years ago and I’ve always wanted the same kind for my place. Everywhere else seemed to be out of stock, but Peters of Kensington actually had it available and it was clearly shown on the site, which was such a relief. Ordering was simple and there was no fuss at all. i was just really happy they had it when I needed it.

Yeah, i trust them heaps. Like, everything just felt straightforward and, you know, easy to deal with. I didn’t really have to stress too much, which was great, and they came across as reliable the whole time. So yeah, I’d definitely feel comfortable going with them again.

The website was straightforward, and I got the “ready to collect” email way quicker than expected tbh. Pickup was smooth too — the staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing, so I wasn’t standing around forever. Everything was packed nicely as well. Overall, really happy with it.
